Sign Up for a Library Card

The Blowing Rock Community Library is a private, community library open to residents of Blowing Rock and nearby communities.  Local residents can apply for a library card by visiting the library and completing the necessary form.  Library members must reside in the area for minimum of 3 months to be eligible for a library card.

The library is not part of the Watauga Public Library Appalachian Regional system.

Join the Blowing Rock Library Association

The Blowing Rock Library Association (BRLA) oversees the operation of the of the library. The  BRLA meets on the second Wednesday of the month, May - October. 

​

BRLA Dues are collected in May and are $35.00 individual and  $50.00 couple.
